We have just been notified about a problem with all webtv customers. You MUST follow the below steps if you wish to receive our newsletters:

1. Go into the mail section and click on settings and go to the new option called junk mail.

2. Click on junk mail which will give you a paragraph about spam and unwanted messages,

3  At the bottom is a box that is x'ed in red so junk mail gets bounced back.

4. Click on the check mark so it goes away (turns the feature off) and you will receive our newsletters.
